A journeyman is someone who has passed their apprenticeship and can do some work alone but not necessarily a master yet.
So if you have done some yoga and understand key concepts like alignment, diaphragm breathing, moving with the breath, activating your TVA (lower abs) and listening to your body and are looking for a more physically challenging class then this is the one for you. If you haven’t done any yoga before or its been a while then the foundations class will be more suitable.
All the classes are based on slow yoga….a work-in as much as a work-out.
The classes are a mix of Strength focus, flow practice with the breath, foundation sessions which focus on exploring technique so you can achieve more challenging postures and playful sessions around postures like balances, inversions.
