What to expect in a class:
A Kundalini class consists of a series of guided movements, breathing techniques, meditations, mudras (hand positions) and mantra (sacred sound vibrations). When combined, these quickly activate physical healing and strengthening and opens you to mental clarity.
A question regularly asked is I am new to Kundalini Yoga is that OK? Absolutely many people who come to classes are brand new to Kundalini, meditation and energy work. Whether you are new or experienced, you will be guided through the class.
If this sounds like something you would like to partake in, I teach a weekly class on 08:30 to 09:45. Doors open at 08.15 and have changing facilities if you would like to get changed. I recommend arriving 5-10 mins before the class to relax and settle the mind and body before we begin.

About the teacher: My name is Christiane and I am an accredited Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher taught by the International Karam Kriya School for Kundalini Yoga & 3HO and have been studying Kundalini Yoga and holistic practices extensively since time began.
