Anusara Yoga derives from the oldest form of Yoga still practiced today, Hatha Yoga. With a strong focus on breathing, mindful movements, relaxation and finding the happiness in the everyday you walk away feeling lighter and happier. Each week we will have a different focus area whether it be anatomical, breath focused, meditative, or restorative there is aways something new to learn from the vast subject of yoga.
Classes run from 6:30-7:30pm.
Drop-In price is £7pp.
If you feel an ongoing practice is beneficial I offer class passes.
