Vinyasa Flow Yoga is dynamic and fluid. With a strong focus on breathing, mindful movements and relaxation you walk away feeling lighter and happier. Each week we will have a different focus area whether it be anatomical, breath focused, meditative, or restorative there is aways something new to learn from the vast subject of yoga.
Classes run from 7:15-8:15pm.
Drop-In price is £7pp.
If you feel an ongoing practice is beneficial I offer class passes.
