A class for those who require or prefer a gentler practise. This mindful Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilise the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates simple postures, flowing sequences, breath awareness, and a led relaxation.
