Mindful Hatha Yoga offers a personal approach with an emphasis on mindfulness, breathing, strengthening both the body and the mind, increasing flexibility and developing balance and peace within.
You will receive guidance on how to practice and relax in each position, incorporate conscious breathing and progress comfortably at your own pace.
Yoga sessions are based on a holistic spiritual practice, more than purely a physical workout. The practice combines all aspects – physical, mental and spiritual.
I encourage to practice yoga with closed eyes when possible to create a deep connection with your body and mind and to be able to relax fully in each posture without forcing yourself into discomfort.
Every class offers:
~ Initial relaxation to release all the tension and busyness stored in the body and mind and prepare yourself for the practice of yoga
~ Breathing exercises (pranayama) helping you to develop correct breathing patterns
~ Practice of asanas (body postures) developing strength, flexibility and sense of balance
~ Final guided relaxation and meditation exploring mindfulness techniques and developing stillness of your body and mind
You will be cared for and supported throughout your yoga journey to be able to make a deeper connection with the practice and yourself.
Everyone is welcome, including beginners, those who haven’t practised for a while or those who would love to practice mindfully and understand their ability.
This is a small intimate class of max. 9 people, please book prior to attending.
Classes are kept small so everyone can receive the attention they need, gain all the benefits from the practice and feel valued.
Please get in touch if you have any questions, need more information or being in doubt.

About the venue
It is a lovely space for a small group of people. The space is warm and uses dimmed light. It is ideal to wind down after a busy day and to have an opportunity to connect with your true self.
