Mindful Yoga incorporates Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness practices in a gentle, friendly, small (maxmum of 10 people per class) atmosphere within the fantastic setting of St Augustine’s in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent. Angela provides mats, bolsters, blankets, belts, blocks and chairs if required. All postures are given with many choices so you can decide how your body is feeling on the night as to what modifications you may wish to adopt.
Breathing, relaxation and meditation practices finish each class and there is always the invitation to take what you’ve learnt on the mat into your everyday life. Angela’s passion is to provide access to as many people as possible to the joy and benefits of Mindfulness and Yoga. Bookings for class are per term (block) however if you wish to drop in, there may be spaces so please check with Angela first.
Class times: Angela offer 3 different class times each Tuesday during term times, namely:
4:15pm to 5:45pm
6:00pm to 7:30pm
7:45pm to 9:15pm
