This hatha yoga class is a flowing combination of standing and seated/lying-down asanas (poses) and is designed for mixed ability students who have some experience of practising yoga. The focus is on moving with the breath, whilst fine-tuning alignment to encourage self-awareness. Development of a safe practice is key, whilst enjoying all the benefits yoga provides both mentally and physically. Those newer to yoga are encouraged to stay with first level options until they are comfortable to progress; those with a regular practice, or more experience, can take the add-on variations if they choose.
