Join us for Hatha Flow Yoga every Monday at 10.45 am till 11.45 am. We start with a settling, then we flow through yoga sequences and postures and then we finish with a relaxing yoga sleep, to revive and rejuvenate you. Our classes are small and intimate and are run half termly. Pre-booking is essential as some of the classes are full.
As students become more advanced Faye’s gentle Hatha Flow Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga classses become more dynamic and stronger. The varied classes are inspired by her Hatha and Ashtanga teachings over the last 14 years.
A dedicated practitioner will become strong, supple, calm, grounded and balanced.
