Morning get up & go Hatha Yoga classes – Every Monday morning
New weekly Monday morning hatha yoga class to wake, rejuvenate & energise you for the day and week ahead.
Start the week off right by taking an hour to take care of yourself, physically, mentally & even emotionally.
The class will start slowly to give you time to settle in and warm up the joints and muscles, followed by some more energising postures and flows linked with breathwork to mindfully work your full body. We will close the class with a nice relaxation for so you can leave the class feeling calm, fully rejuvenated and ready to take on whatever lies in store for the week!
The class is mixed ability, beginners absolutely welcome!
