My Mother and Baby yoga creates a safe, honest and caring environment for both Mother and Baby to really connect to one another. No distractions, just some real quality fun time.
Many sequences lend themselves to song and rhythm. Using songs during the class we encourage language development and keep baby engaged. Don’t worry if you can’t carry a tune, babies love the sound of their mother’s voice and I will lead the way.

Baby yoga supports the development of the baby’s cognitive powers, by aligning the body and creating balance, and strengthening the basic structure of the body.
The classes are great for getting out and meeting new mums, or just getting out and enjoying your time with baby.
