Mysore-style is the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. You work through the postures of the Ashtanga Yoga system at your own pace, rather than being ‘led’ by the teacher or following the pace of the group. New postures are introduced when the student is ready, depending on their level of ability and the teacher will guide and assist on a one-to-one basis according to your individual needs within the group setting.
Expect hands on adjustments. Please let the teacher know before you start your practice if you are uncomfortable with this and would prefer to receive verbal guidance.
Depending on the duration of your personal practice, daily commitments and/or energy levels on any given day, you can arrive anytime between 07.00 – 08.15. All practitioners need to have finished their practice by 09.00am.
The 10 class pass can only be used for any Mysore class 07.00-09.00, Monday to Thursday. Valid for three months across terms.
