ONLINE Vinyasa Flow Experienced
In the Vinyasa Flow classes, we move with the breath, starting with a lovely warm up to loosen muscles and joints, and then moving into some more challenging poses to strengthen and stretch out the whole body. We include some balances to calm the mind, a few core strengtheners to improve posture, and then finish with a delicious relaxation. Lovely!
Experienced classes are for yogis who have a regular practice, who know breathing techniques, basic alignment principles and Sun Salutations.
