At just 30-40 minutes long, I have designed these sessions to fit into your lunch hour. Based on the ancient Chinese principle of yin and yang, the classes incorporate both the passive, meditative side of yoga with the more active and dynamic. This gives you the chance to relax, energise and re-balance, feeling ready to move on to the next part of your day. They are held on my Ucele Yoga Facebook page @yinyangyogawales.
