Conducted in the comfort of your own home via the Zoom app, this is a deeply nourishing and restorative ‘Yoga Nidra’ guided deep relaxation meditation for the mind and body.
You do not need any special equipment or clothing; just a comfortable, quiet space without distractions where you can lie or sit.
This meditation technique has been shown to eliminate stress, overcome insomnia, solve personal / interpersonal problems, overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression.
You will need to download and register the free app Zoom in advance of the class start time and ensure it is working correctly. Zoom meeting details will be provided separately before the class date / time.
