A slow chill out yoga class with a different theme each week. This class is good for all abilities wanting to de-stress and relax. Due to Corona virus regulations you need to bring your own mat or towel, blanket and cushion. It is a pre-book only class with a limit of 5 slots, payment is needed to secure the place.
