We will keep babies happy and entertained while you get a gentle yoga practice to start to re-build your core strength and release sore muscles.
These post-natal yoga classes are suitable from babies up to crawling. You need to be at least 6 weeks post-natal for a physiological (vaginal) birth or 10-12 weeks if you’ve had a c-section or other intervention. If you are unsure how long you need to wait let me know and I can advise you. Any parents or caregivers are welcome to come to the class so if you’ve adopted your baby, you used a surrogate, your partner carried your baby, or another caregiver or grandparent wants to come that is absolutely fine too.
This class is limited to 6 people so you get plenty of individual attention.
Pre-booking is essential as this class is often fully booked.
