This class will focus on relaxing and releasing tension from the body to help wind down for the weekend. It is a Hatha style of class incorporating breath work, meditation and moving slowly through the postures to help strengthen tendons and ligaments and lengthen the muscles. Postures will be held for some time and we will be using props where necessary to get deeper into the postures. Each week the class will focus on specific postures or areas of the body to help improve flexibility and technique. All abilities are welcome.
