Pregnancy yoga classes suitable from first scan or 14 weeks pregnancy. The classes offer gentle yoga to calm, strengthen and support you with the many physical and emotional changes that are taking place in your body and mind in a friendly supportive space.
You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help you alleviate pregnancy discomfort and to relax and support you in labour.
These classes are warm and welcoming they aim to support you in pregnancy and prepare you for labour and motherhood. It’s beautiful opportunity to take time out to enjoy your pregnancy and to connect with your baby. It also a brilliant place to connect with other pregnant women and to support each other during this exciting special time.
