Deepen and enhance this wonderful time in your life by practicing pregnancy yoga.

Claire offers a nurturing Pregnancy Yoga session that is suitable to attend from 14 – 42 weeks.

Each week we will explore yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation specifically adapted for this very special time in a woman’s life.

There are many benefits to practicing yoga during pregnancy. Here are a few:

This is for a block of four sessions, if you prefer, drop in rates are also available providing there is spaces in the class.
