Pregnancy yoga for you and your baby
A weekly pregnancy yoga class from 23 Feb at Light Space Studios to support mums-to-be and their baby bumps through this beautiful and at times challenging journey.
Expect classes to serve body niggles such as back pain, and offer restorative practices to nourish and strengthen body and wellbeing. Providing a community where you can feel seen, reconnected to self, connected to baby, and grounded.
Come be yourself, slow down, get nourished.
