Friday nights are meant for yoga. We’ll cover relaxation and breathing techniques for labour as well as helping you to enjoy a healthy pregnancy too. Whether you’re a yogini or an absolute beginner – it’s all good as this class is especially for pregnancy.
I have over 10 years experience as an NHS midwife so classes will include some essential topics like; optimal fetal positioning and endurance for labour.
