1st & 3rd Mon of the month (19:45-20:30).
1st Mon of the month = Breath-work & Mindfulness Meditation
3rd Mon of the month = Guided Relaxation & Visualisation
£5 per person.
(Yoga & Relaxation Combi = £10)
No kit required…but comfort is key! So, feel free to wear your PJ’s, and have blankets, cushions etc. to hand 🙂
How to book:

-Name(s) of participant(s)
…I will then reply with payment details.
-Advanced payment is required
-Bookings & payment must be received by 18:00 on the day of the class
-The link/joining instructions will be sent out shortly after 18:00 on the day of the class; you simply click the link, and follow the instructions to join.
