No kit required…but comfort is key! So, feel free to wear your PJ’s, and have blankets, cushions etc. to hand 🙂
How to book:
Step 1: Please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org), with the following info:
-Name(s) of participant(s)
-Preferred payment method (PayPal or BACS)
…I will then reply with payment details.
-Advanced payment is required
-Bookings & payment must be received by 09:00 on the day of the class
-The link/joining instructions will be sent out before 17:00 on the day of the class; you simply click the link, and follow the instructions to join.
