Start the Weekend with a rejuvenating and remedial yoga class on Saturday mornings. This class will help you release stored up tension and stress, whether you had a busy week at work or a hard week in the gym. I will be using props and teaching breathing techniques to help you relax as much as possible into the postures to enable you to stretch deeper into the muscles . I will adapt the postures to suit you if you have any injuries or concerns. The aims is to come away feeling lighter more refreshed and joyful in mind and heart.
