Take time to relax the mind and body, with this gentle, restorative yoga class.
The session will open with a few breathing/meditation practices (5-10 mins), then move into some restorative yoga postures (15-20 mins), and finish with a long (20 mins) guided relaxation.
£5 per person. Mats and blocks provided. Feel free to bring blankets, cushions etc. to aid comfort and relaxation.
