You can truly let go in this restorative and yin yoga class.
Props are a must, and don’t worry if you don’t have them in the house – you can get creative.
- Bolster, pillows or yoga mat bag filled with clothes
- Release balls or tennis balls
- Blocks or stacks of books
Jaz takes you through a sequence of seated and supine poses, interwoven with movement exploration and meditation for an embodied and grounding experience.
Postures are held for minimum three minutes, and up to 10 so this is an excellent introduction to, or complement to your meditation practice.
