The Saturday Morning Gentle Yoga, 10:00-11:15, is a great way to to start the weekend and feel that mind, body breath connection, with gentle stretching and twisting to ease those tight shoulders and lower backs. This class has a nice mix of ages and abilities and beginners are welcome to join. We start the Saturday yoga with opening stretches then move to a gentle standing sequence and on to seated forwards bends, gentle back bending postures and inversions, closing with a relaxation. This is a great class for people who work all week and have time on the weekend to practice some yoga. Come for a lazy morning stretch! Kyle
