Scaravelli Inspired Yoga is a practice inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, an Italian yoga teacher who pioneered the idea of effortless yoga. It focuses on developing core strength, releasing tension and creating length in the spine.
These classes are taught using a mix of holding and fluid movements with intelligent alignment directed towards listening to and responding to the body.
Each class is carefully sequenced to enable the cultivation of softness as well as strength, and is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis.
Classes are £10 each or 5 classes for £40.
