We mix Yoga, TCM (Traditional Chinese’s Medicine) & Chi Gung moves. Working with the 5 elements in the Season and the Organ and Meridian energy, We understand that as we move through the year our energy, our mood & outlook along with our essence changes.
In winter we naturally want to slow down, sleep more, come into hibernation mode. To follow our energy we allow our practice to turn inwardly. It’s a time to repair , to heal, restoring & recharging our energy.
In spring we are ready to spring forth into a new year, a rebirth of our energy with renewed vigour. Time to spring clean the body to remove the toxins and sluggishness from winter, so lots of twists and moving.
