Take time out of your busy life to enjoy self exploration by immersing yourself in yoga and meditation.
This 3-hour event will be a mixture of yin style yoga which is deeply restorative, providing the time for you to surrender into stillness and quiet to create tranquillity in the mind whilst encouraging flexibility in the muscles. This will flow into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to encourage full relaxation and calm. After all this goodness why not stay for a cuppa (or a glass of fresh juice!) and enjoy each other’s company.
