We’ll begin the day with some gentle exercise to wake the body.
10.00 – 11.10am A 70 minute yoga class will commence where we’ll warm up, stretch, flow and breathe. Everyone will totally be encouraged to go at their own pace and rest where needed.
11.10 11.30am After yoga we’ll take a break for a nourishing, healthy shake from the Forever Living range. Natalie will be preparing, with a choice of milks, fruit juices and fruit to really get your taste buds going. It’s soooo good for you!!
11.35 -12pm After the break we’ll have a relaxing restorative yoga practice and meditation to complete the morning.
Yoga classes will be for all abilities and there is no pressure. Just do what is right for you, the idea is that you walk away shining and nourished.
What do I wear and what do I need to bring?
Just yourself, a smile and comfortable clothes you can move in. Please wear trainers for the first session. A bottle of water is also always handy to have.
You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one, but yoga mats and props will be there for you.
I will bring a number of blankets for relaxation but if you’d like to bring a cushion and your own blanket this would be wonderful for restorative yoga and meditation at the end of the morning.
