I would like to take you to the present moment, the only place where the life exists.
“Wherever you stand be the soul of the place”, shine from your roots
heart and mind, do not be afraid to be present, as “all flying starts from the ground, the more grounded you are the higher you fly”
To achieve this, we need to become yoga, become union between
mind body and spirit. In a gentle way I would like to show you how to achieve this goal and free your true self.
