The Beginners yoga is for those who have not practiced yoga before or for anyone who wants a gentle class. In this class we learn the basic yoga postures and alignment and work with the breath to enhance the experience of yoga and to tune into our bodies as we practice. This is a weekly drop in class and runs from 5:15-6:15 at the Menai Bridge War Memorial Community Centre on Water Street, LL59 5DD. Come along and try a class! emilykyleyoga.
