This is a gentle/beginners yoga class where we work to carefully to open and stretch the body. There is hands on adjustments in this class and we use yoga props to help come into the different yoga poses. This is a good class for beginners and for people who have any injuries or tightness in the joints or good for experienced yoga practitioners who want a gentle stretch.
