This Yoga class incorporates postures, breathing practises and yoga nidra with a focus on restoring the mind, body and senses to their natural state of equanimity. This is your opportunity to retreat to a peaceful space away from the stresses of everyday life. There will be physical challenges but we are looking to develop a genuinely healthy relationship with our bodies, so the focus will be on ‘relaxed effort’ rather than a forceful approach to exercise. This class is open to all levels .You will be inspired to deepen your mind-body connection while building strength and flexibility. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn the basic postures or a more experienced student wanting a slower practice to explore each posture, this class is for you.
