VINYASA-FLOW YOGA (LEVEL 2-3)
Vinyasa flow describes a flowing sequence of yoga postures. This class with give you the feeling of a workout, purely using yoga postures which can be tailored to suit your level of experience and strength. You can still expect heartfelt teachings rooted in yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra in these classes as well as feeling you’ve had a workout! We are offering vinyasa classes at different levels, our level 1 beginners class is suitable for people with no experience of yoga or these returning to exercise. Our level 2-3 classes are best suited to those with some previous experience of yoga or established fitness regimes, however, modifications will always be given for all levels.
