Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an active (Yang) form of yoga. It is a flowing, dynamic practice, in which poses
alternate to the rhythm of the breath.
The continued focus on breath and the movement brings us more easily in the here and now.
Each class contains a few occuring elements.
The start of the class, with a short meditation/concentration and focus on breath (Pranayama),
the warming up with the use of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) and standing and floor postures,
and the end of the class with a meditation and final relaxation.
The Sun Salutations are often used as a connection between the different postures,
which brings a flowing and playful element to the class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an excellent way to create more space in the body and mind, deeply connect with your breath,
while lengthening and strengthening every muscle in your entire body.
In the classes you work on your endurance and concentration and will further develop your inner strength.
