Early morning vinyasa flow with Karen to move, breathe and ease into the day.
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga, linking movement and breath to calm the mind and strengthen the body. This open-level class focuses on creating space through grounded flow, creative sequencing and a light-hearted approach.
Students will be supported in exploring their practice in a friendly and non-judgemental space. Karen welcomes all levels of experience and ability, giving options and modifications so everyone can challenge themselves safely. The class often aspects of music, philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breath work).
