Tuesday (9.30am – 11.30am)
A Sivananda based yoga session lasting two hours to include strong breath work (pranayama), short meditation, traditional sun salutations and various other asanas which vary from week to week. Wonderfully cleansing, invigorating and deeply relaxing.
Wednesday (7.30pm – 9pm) AND Friday (9.30am – 11am)
A beautiful and creative yoga-flow sequence that varies from week to week. Designed to get more continuity of the asanas, observing and using the prana (breath) to keep the mind clear and the body free to deepen your individual experience. Powerful, liberating, detoxifying and calming. Meditation is sometimes offered in this session.
