Take a break from your desk to relax, energise & re-balance at a Yin Yang yoga class.
At just 50 minutes long, I have designed these sessions to fit into your lunch hour. Based on the ancient Chinese principle of yin and yang, the classes incorporate both the passive, meditative side of yoga with the more active and dynamic. This gives you the chance to relax, energise and re-balance, feeling ready to move on to the next part of your day.
These sessions are held every week, and cost just £5 or £4 for students. Please let me know if you need to borrow a yoga mat.
