Join Hanna for a 6 week Yoga for Beginners course at the Gooseberry Bush in Wimbledon. During this course, you will learn the basics of asanas (postures), breath awareness, healthy alignment as well as meditation and relaxation.
This course aims to support you in setting the foundation for your yoga practice and for you to attend open drop in classes confidently after finishing this course.
