Ever fancied trying yoga? Welcome to our two hour taster induction workshop where you will be in safe hands with our knowledgeable and experienced instructors. We will begin by teaching you how to breathe the yoga way. You will learn elements from each component of a typical yoga class including: Sun Salutation – the yoga Warm Up. Then we will show you some standing postures and a couple of balances poses. Following on from that, you will learn some floor postures to increase flexibility in the major joints and muscles. We will finish with some relaxation and meditation to wind down and de-stress. What’s not to love?
