All of my yoga classes are suitable for everyone (including complete beginners) as I ensure that all postures and practices are modified for the individual. To guide the practice of those who wish to have a more specific class level and focus I offer different types of yoga classes: Gentle Yoga and Yoga For All Abilities. These classes will improve your health, well-being and fitness at a level which is appropriate to you. Learning how to live your life with yoga will also improve your resilience and ability to deal with life’s challenges.
Yoga For All Abilities is, as the name suggests, suitable for all ages, level of experience, and abilities or fitness. Classes include strengthening, stretching and mobilising movements and postures, relaxation practices, and breath awareness. Modifications can be offered to increase or decrease challenge as needed.
