Friendly group in a comfortable and warm village hall. Hatha yoga classes involving limbering of joints and warming up, postures, breathing practices & relaxation. All abilities welcome although some previous experience may be an advantage as these classes have been running for sometime. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one & something to keep yourself comfortable during the relaxation, such as a light cover or shawl. A cushion or yoga block may also be useful.
Parking is available in the village hall carpark to the rear of the building.
