In this class you can expect a slow start to become present in the moment and become aware of how you feel physically and mentally before leading into a flow to warm up. With stretches and strength, we find focus and control of our breath before a gentle slowing down and a well-deserved relaxation.
The aim of this class is to leave you feeling a little bit stronger, a little bit taller and full of energy.
The class is suitable for all levels and beginners are warmly welcomed.
