We’re delighted to welcome the Matt Appleby to the studio for his super popular workshop.
Join Matt to gain an understanding of the different ways yoga tackles anxiety, depression, and other common mental health issues.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
🌟How to heighten the relaxation response to reduce symptoms of anxiety
🌟How to lengthen breath – particularly the exhale – safely and effectively
🌟Yoga practices that subtly raise energy to combat depression
Stress or chronic anxiety can be a big factor in the onset of depression. Matt will show you how to subtly raise your energy to help alleviate depression.
This workshop includes posture work, mudra, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra to bring a sense of balance.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and some water.
The workshop is suitable to everyone regardless of level of fitness or previous experience.
