6 week intro to yoga course. You will learn the basics of Yoga, some poses and balances, strengthen core muscles reboot and balance the body and mind. Throughout the 6 weeks we will teach you how to safely develop your own yoga practice or be able to join group classes in the future knowing how to modify to suit your own body. IYC yoga is a personal approach. with emphasis on safety, back care, and individual needs.
