Join marathon runner, and yogi, Helena to learn ways to stretch and strengthen your body for running. Yoga is great to incorporate into your training, helping to prevent injury, recover quicker, breathe more efficiently and become an overall better runner.
These monthly workshops include breathing techniques, moves to strengthen muscles and deeply release tight hips and hamstrings. You’ll learn tools and techniques to improve your running and enjoy some delicious restorative relaxation.
