As a runner, you know that running brings a multitude of benefits. However, you may also have experienced the injuries, strains and pains that can be a result of the repetitive movement. Yoga is a great way to cross train and compliment your running.
During this 2.5hour masterclass you will learn how to use yoga to:
• warm up before a run
• improve strength, posture and balance
• enhance running performance
• relieve tight or tired muscles and aid recovery
• give you a psychological edge
• breath more effectively.

The Yoga for Runners Masterclass is open to all levels of runners (beginners to elite) and may also be suitable for walkers, hikers, cyclists, snowboarders and skiers. You don’t need to have practiced yoga before, complete beginners and experienced practitioners all welcome.
